Capital S.M.A.R.T has begun the conversion of its Sydney Seven Hills facility to S.M.A.R.T technology and practices.
The collision repair business at Seven Hills is now using infra-red gas technology which is an integral part of the S.M.A.R.T collision repair process, having previously used traditional repair methods.
Capital S.M.A.R.T Chief Operating Officer Jim Vais said the business was continuing to invest in improved technology and workflow.
"Our investment is delivering fast and high quality drivable repairs for our customers and reducing vehicle time off the road," Mr Vais said. "A crucial part of our success is that the team at Seven Hills embraced the training in S.M.A.R.T technology and practices".
Capital S.M.A.R.T took over the facility at Powers Road in March 2011, and since then the Seven Hills centre has only repaired vehicles which have sustained small to medium range collision damage.
Under the previous operation all collision repairs were conducted at the Seven Hills site.
