Capital S.M.A.R.T has opened its fifth centre in Victoria, at Sunshine West, about 15 kilometres from the centre of Melbourne.
Capital S.M.A.R.T Chief Operating Officer Jim Vais said it was a real milestone for the business and had presented the opportunity to further develop the emerging talent within the company.
“I am particularly proud of the newly appointed Repair Centre Manager for Sunshine West, Nick Daglis. He is an example of the talented people whose abilities have been recognised and fostered and are now running operations within our S.M.A.R.T centres” Mr Vais said,
At the flagship centre at East Bentleigh Nick’s work has focused on meeting and greeting customers and estimating collision repairs, supported by the strong technical skills and production management capabilities within Capital S.M.A.R.T. Nick has also assisted with the roll out of new S.M.A.R.T centres within the national network.
“When you combine his passion for cars and his passion for customer service, Nick is the ideal person to lead the Sunshine West team,” Mr Vais said.
“What sets Capital S.M.A.R.T apart from other collision repairers is our training programs which enable team members like Nick to progress up the ladder within our business”.
Capital S.M.A.R.T is continuing to develop and expand its network to better serve its customers.
