Capital S.M.A.R.T has opened a new centre at Knoxfield in Victoria giving customers more choice with collision repair services.
The centre will be opened in two stages. Initially, when the workshop is under construction, customers will deliver their vehicles to the Knoxfield centre, where repair estimates will be completed and parts ordered, with necessary repairs carried out at other Capital S.M.A.R.T locations in the Victorian area.
Chief Operating Office, Jim Vais, said by opening the centre initially as a shopfront, Capital S.M.A.R.T customers were getting both more choice and convenience.
"Customers will receive the same high level of customer service in this period. We make all the repair arrangements for them".
Once construction of the workshop has been completed, the full range of services will be available at Knoxfield.
Chief Executive Norman Moss said that the aim was to delight customers on every step of their journey through Capital S.M.A.R.T.
"By increasing the size of our network we are enhancing the customer experience which is part of our commitment," Mr Moss said.
