The HR Team at Capital S.M.A.R.T had the pleasure of handing out several cheques to well deserving employees this week as part of Capital S.M.A.R.T’s Refer-A-Friend Program.
“This is a win-win for all,” said Danielle Foulis, General Manager – Human Resources. “We gain some fantastic new team members, our employees gain some extra money in their pockets, and their friends gain a position with Capital S.M.A.R.T and access to all of the benefits that come from working here.”
Team members who have successfully taken part in Capital S.M.A.R.T’s Refer-A-Friend Program, which assists with finding new employee are rewarded with $250 payments.
Team members from Queensland and Victoria received their cheques in the past week, with one team member receiving $750 for three referrals.
People with friends or associates who might be interested in joining Capital S.M.A.R.T are encouraged to refer them to the Human Resources team, or make an inquiry using the website.
Recruitment Advisor, Prue Booth, said it was a very successful recruitment method, as the people referred already had a good understanding of Capital S.M.A.R.T’s operations and innovative technology.
“We think it is an important way of finding the right people to support our continued growth & expansion,” Ms Booth said.
The money is paid out once the referred employee has completed their probationary period.
