S.M.A.R.T UNVEILS NEW LOOK HOLDEN HILL

The Capital S.M.A.R.T. team at Holden Hill in Adelaide has been celebrating with customers and suppliers after the relocation of its operations to a new repair centre in adjacent premises. HH_Team_at_VIP_NightSuppliers and clients were given the opportunity to preview the new efficient collision repair processes at a special onsite cocktail party. S.M.A.R.T first launched its Adelaide operations at Holden Hill in November 2010, after linking with South Australian repairer, Prescotts Automotive Business. General Manager of Holden Hill, Hugh Prescott said the team has completely embraced the concept of S.M.A.R.T and been pivotal to the transformation. "Everyone in the team is enjoying the new environment and the challenge of working smarter," Mr Prescott said. As well as moving to the new adjacent location, the repair centre has undergone a conversion to introduce S.M.A.R.T.'s innovative technology and systems, with team members at Holden Hill trained in the use of the new equipment. Holden Hill Production Manager Andy Bird, who has worked across five S.M.A.R.T facilities nationally, said he was confident that the centre was achieving a consistency of service for all customers. "We have a really innovative management team, who aim to provide the very best service, in the shortest possible turnaround time, for their customers," Mr Bird said. S.M.A.R.T Chief Operating Officer Jim Vais said the Holden Hill team was excited about the changes that had taken place, and being part of the most innovative repair business in Australia. The Holden Hill centre is more environmentally sustainable than most other repairers because it uses less power, embraces water based paint and generates less CO2 emissions.
