Service Excellence – A Winner For Capital S.M.A.R.T
Capital S.M.A.R.T has won national recognition for quality of service after being selected as a Winner for Service Excellence in The Australian Business Awards 2014.
This award acknowledges S.M.A.R.T’s outstanding results which have been achieved through initiatives that demonstrate “leadership and a commitment to customer service”.
Chief Executive Norman Moss said the award was a testament to the work of all team members and to S.M.A.R.T’s culture, which has embedded customer service into every aspect of the end to end repair process.
“We are the industry leader, and continue to set the benchmark with S.M.A.R.T’s service culture which places the highest value on ensuring the delivery of high quality, timely service that ensures our customers get back on the road quickly, safely and at the first time of asking”, Mr. Moss said.
“This award reaffirms our commitment to the customer and was largely underpinned by the introduction of the Key to Key system (K2K™) in 2013, which was developed to enhance communication and productivity across our network with the customer experience front of mind.”
S.M.A.R.T’s founder and Chief Operating Officer, Jim Vais, is very proud of what the S.M.A.R.T Team have achieved and believes the ABA Award recognises “the Company’s extensive investment in People and Innovation to deliver seamless service and continuous improvement in the repair process”.
The ABA award is the third to be won by S.M.A.R.T, with previous awards for Innovation in the Industry, 2013, and Environmental Sustainability, 2012.
