Capital S.M.A.R.T Silverwater – 2012 winners for outstanding customer service
Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs Silverwater has won the Auburn City Council Business Award for outstanding customer service in the Automotive Services category.
Capital S.M.A.R.T was nominated for this award by customers in the area.
Chief Operating Officer and Founder Jim Vais said the award was an excellent achievement for a site that has only been operating for three months.
"We are very proud to have been nominated for this award by our customers in the Auburn area, and it reaffirms the high value we place on making sure all of our customers are looked after and feel valued," he said.
"To take out this award ahead of global names such as Goodyear and Bridgestone is a credit to the entire team at S.M.A.R.T Silverwater and everyone in the company who has embraced the processes and culture we have created to make ours a customer-friendly business."
